EBRR was hired late July early August to complete a commercial renovation. Contracts were signed and funding was put in place through his preferred lender. Upon starting the work, they withdrew all of the funds, even though the contract states that it would be withdrawn in phases upon completion. The workers did not show up to the job everyday and were very late most times. The owner, Ed, was made aware of this but did nothing. After two weeks (we were just getting painting, small framing and putting furniture together, which was a 12k quote), we were fed up because they were working other jobs and completely disregarding the urgency of ours. The work was paused. After deciding not to work with EBRR they were notified. Upset that he was not able to finish the work, the owner refuses to refund any of the loan funds including the amounts well over the original estimate, which was supposed to be returned via business check. We are owed over 10k. Please be careful and do not work with him. I have tried to verify a few adddresses including the Capitol Heights location he has listed on google and there is no establishment there. My office has tried many/countless office cleaning companies here in the washington dc area. Their website is very professional and their employees ACTUALLY care about how they clean. On thumbtack, you can see that their profile is very highly rated compared to the other "cleaning" companies. Finally, the insurance that we required for our property manager was not an issue. The office staff that was sent the day of the cleaning was EXTREMELY friendly.
