- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on hours of coverage on location, Quantity of footage to be edited in Post Production. The more Video filmed the longer time spent in Post Production. On location coverage is defined by us as the time spent by the Videographers at the location of the event as well as transition time from one venue to another venue. On Location time is not measured by the filming of an activity but by the actual hours that a Videographer or Photographer is present at the event. Coverage hours are priced by the hour. Post Production is priced by the quantity of footage captured and the products requested by the client such as Feature films, Highlight Films and DVD creation. Typically Post Production ranges between $300-$600 and hourly Coverage rates range between $100-$150. All clients are encouraged to negotiate their quotes if the quote is not a good fit for their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer after giving us a description of their event are offered a quote based on all of the information that they have offered. All of our quotes are negotiable. If the customer is interested in moving forward after watching Videos or photos of our recent work. They will usually have a question or two and at the same time give us more info on their project and expectations. We ask for some important info regarding contact and details of the event and we create a service agreement for the customers review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly research new techniques and software that will get the job done faster and with a higher quality of service to the customer. I have written an ebook about the music business. I subscribe to different organizations which keep me informed about the business.
