- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique and requires an analysis of every aspect to that specific project in order to give the most accurate price. It's a much more detailed and time consuming approach ,but gives the best results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's usually a phone conversation with an on site estimate set so that an accurate proposal can be presented to the customer. During this process verification of insurance and licensing is issued at request of customer. Once approval to exacute project is given there is a draw schedule provided and an estimated time for completion given also. Then project is to be started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3.5 years of general studies at the University of Delaware and 2 additional courses at Delaware technical college in hvac. 25+ years of hands on project management and performing all phases of construction for every project I've ever done.
