- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
"You get what you pay for" Many times I have bid a job only to lose it to a lower bidder. Then sometimes I get called to come do the job the right way.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew that when I arrive on the job my day is not just starting and when I leave, my day is not over. There is much more that goes into a job then what the customer can see when we are working. Hours of designing, drawing plans, tool and equipment maintenance, and preparing for the next day.
