- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to set up a free consultation, so I will know what their goals are as well as any physical issues they have. After the consultation we set up the first workout. I will weigh, measure and check their fat and ask them health related questions. I have them warm-up for 10 minutes and we start the workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Ace Certified Trainer with over 20 years in the fitness industry. I am also nutrition certified. I take courses as well as read daily about nutrition and exercise.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in fitness for over 20 years. I wanted to help people, so that they could be healthier.
