- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general for a 3 BR, 2 and one half bathroom home on 2 floors the price range will be $135-155, depending on the location of the home and how often it is to be cleaned. A monthly cleaning is most often between $ 155-$175. For offices, the # of offices and bathrooms determines the fee, and also how often we are to clean these offices. Our prices range from $55-$175 for larger offices per cleaning. Our optional items, like windows, interior oven and fridge and light painting are all priced separately.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Custom cleaning; we make sure we understand what is expected of us at our very first meeting. That is why it is so important for us to meeting with our prospective client before starting service. We cater the cleaning to fit the needs of our clients. While our primary work is meticulous cleaning of their home, we also do painting, organizing and polishing of floors. We clean offices as well.Put very succinctly, our most common type of job is the cleaning of a clients home, every other week, in a careful and meticulous manner, quietly and hidden, so that when the customer returns, their home sparkles and shines, and smells wonderful!!!
