- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Maryland EMS professionals we are obligated to obtain continuing education and to re-license every 2 years to maintain our status as paramedics and cardiac rescue technicians in the state of Maryland.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs we encounter are businesses with a desire to add, or already have an AED into their workplace and desire continuing education to maintain their credentials.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For the best educational experience hire someone who has experience in the health care field who can also effectively communicate the most recent CPR/AED/First Aid Guidelines. Some instructors simply teach from the text without any real time experience, and are unable to relate the material on terms the student can understand. We like to instruct in a relaxed atmosphere, where the student is not intimidated and can fully understand their role in reacting to an emergency situation with confidence.
