- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman On Call prides itself on providing competitive prices on all your home improvement needs so much so that if you find a licensed and insured competitor who offers you a better price we will meet or beat that offer. Also, we provide discounts on a regular basis via email and via our website as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a phone consultation with the customer. After the phone consultation we send one of our experienced estimators to view your project and to consult with you in person what you are looking to accomplish. After confirming the price of the work projects can begin immediately and afterwards we send a survey so you can describe ways for us to make the process better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Handyman On Call is licensed in the state of Maryland for home improvement work. From Lead Certification to being Certified NARI installers, you can be sure Handyman On Call will complete your project using required state and local regulations.
