- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes Our Limousine Fleet is Billed out by The Hour with typically a 4 Hour Minimum...But we are always running Different Specials to Accommodate Our Customers Needs. We Obviously also do Smaller Jobs that only Require 1 Hour of Service....Like a Wedding Transfer, or Airport Service to BWI and The Port of Baltimore....Also Larger Trips out of State with FREE OVER NIGHT SERVICE AVAILABLE... Or Transportation to New York JFK, Laguardia Airports All The Way Down The East Coast To The Carolina's!! We Are Happy to Tailor Transportation to Your Specific Needs!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to Contact the Customer by Phone if Possible or have them call me directly 24/7 So that I can Speak to them in person and listen to understand exactly what their individual plans and needs are for the Transportation Requested! Every Job is different and we want to put together the best possible program to ensure that they take advantage of our experience to design an event that fits your ideas as closely as possible. Otherwise the Customer can always begin correspondence by email....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 20 years of Full Service Restaurant Management Experience and 9 Years in Defense Contracting Management, with 6 Years running My own Limousine Company until the Economy Crushed Me! Our 12 Drivers have a combined experience Level of over 75 Years!!
