Starting from scratch I was able to learn the basics and more involved in playing the bass guitar. Dwight remained very helpful, encouraging, and most importantly patient. Dwight always pushed me to be confident In myself and kept the lessons fresh. He was an excellent instructor for all ages and all levels of those interested in music. I recommend to all, you will be pleased by his professionalism and his desire for you to learn.

I know Dwight in a professional setting, not related to music, However, as a former teacher of classical piano, I know what skills are required of an effective music instructor. Having worked with Dwight in two different bands in completely different genres, i can honestly say that he's understanding of music theory is on a professional level. Not only can he bring great insight into composing, he also has great ear for dynamic and knows exactly when to give the song that certain punch and flair.

I've been playing music since childhood, and discovered in college that teaching was something that I excelled at.
