Watching people succeed with the learning process. Unlike many other sports, golf is one where it's you, the ball and the course. Yes there are obstacles built into golf course design, but if you know how to avoid your big miss or mistake (such as hitting the ball in the wrong location) you can realize immediate rewards for your choices. I especially enjoy watching people realize that playing golf is not just about swinging a club at the ball, but also about adapting to your environment to overcome the obstacles.
