Absolutely exceptional in every single way. Elin is without a doubt one of the most positive and supportive coaches. He listened closely to my goals and selected the perfect trainer for me. Trainer Alek is an amazing person who customized a program for me that is challenging, but not overwhelming. Working with Alek is very motivating and he pushes me to work harder to reach my goal in a very subtle way, so that a hard workout still is enjoyable and fun. Every week he emails me a workout summary and an overview of where I’m currently standing in my training. Elin is also tracking my progress and he reaches out every week to check up and see if everything is working out to my satisfaction. Elin and his team are professionals who truly enjoy helping people like me reach their goals. Customer satisfaction is highly regarded and they work with you to accommodate your schedule and budget. Arris is awesome! He is dedicated, outgoing, specific for your personal goals and energetic during each and every session. He comes prepared and helps you reach your fitness goals! The best part is he travels to you, and is flexible when it comes to your work schedule! I have been working with him over the past few weeks and already notice both physical and lifestyle changes in sleep, energy and appearance. Working with Corey has been the best investment in myself I have made!! Not only is Corey is professional and easy to work with but she is knowledgeable and very compassionate. I was really impressed with Brian's demeanor and supportive attitude. Very welcoming personality, which is great for someone like myself who has not been active in a gym in a long time. My overall experience with Fit Lowe Coaching was incredible. I felt like I was working with a friend who was really committed to help me reach my personal fitness goals. The workouts were responsive to my physical abilities (I have runner's knee which causes some joint discomfort). Tina is a fantastic coach! I took her Crossfit class for several months and was always impressed by how much attention she paid to form... her greatest concern was ensuring that everyone lifted with proper form to avoid injury and get maximum results. Not only is she a great coach, but she's a super fun person to be around. She has a great sense of humor and really cares about her clients.
