As an Operations Manager/Corporate trainer for a large SDVO security company, I had a need for adjunct instructors to ease my workload. Mr. Henry was an employee for that company with whom I spoken to on numerous occasions who shared my values for effective and efficient training where officers were taught the proper skills to properly perform their assigned duties. He was very receptive when approached to train a large security force for a new government client. During and after their training was completed I was approached by numerous officers whom had nothing but positive feedback assuring me that they received the best training that they had ever received during their careers. I was able to sit in on some of his training and was more than pleased with his teaching ability and how he articulated lesson objectives and conducted practical exercises. He also performed security related contract training for additional contracts in the National Capitol Region whenever asked with enthusiasm. I received the same feedback from those he trained. It was always a pleasure working with Joe Henry, who is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend him to any individual or company who has a need for training in the security field.

I have known Joe Henry for many years and being in law enforcement myself have had the opportunity to work with him multiple times. Joe by not other words carries himself as a professional. His honesty and integrity are unquestionable. Joe's great judgement,reasoning ability and quick thinking allow him to handle any type of situation, from minor to catastrophic, and see it to it's most positive out come. In the realm of law enforcement I could not think of anyone else I would want standing next to me or checking my six. Someone I would trust with my life or that of my families.

This gentelman is the best trainer I have ever had, and I have worked in the Law Enforcement feild for over 10 years. He's very puntual, professional, resonably priced, and knows his stuff. If your looking for someone who provides these services, stop looking! You just found him! Highly recommended!

The owner took time to make me feel comfortable with the fire arm. After teaching a comprehensive safety course he allowed me to go at my own pace . I felt confident and in control during and after the session.

We do offer volume discounts, in addition to special pricing for Nonprofits and faith-based organizations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we typically start with an initial consultation. Concluding the consultation we perform a needs assessment to ensure we are a good fit for your project and organization. Following the needs assessment, we will provide you with a proposal of services, and conclude with an MOU for the services to be provided. If at any point during this process it becomes clear that we cannot fulfill the request or are not the right fit for you or your organization we will refer you to, and make an introduction to another reputable organization.
