Introduction: Our focus is delivering evidence-based, individualized online fitness and nutrition coaching that works. (Some in-person 1-on-1 personal training sessions available) At C2C Health & Performance, we coach general fitness, endurance, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, military/law enforcement fitness testing prep, nutrition -- tailored specifically to your needs. We also offer some monthly club programs for those who would like to be on a progressive program but don't necessarily need 1-on-1 coaching. Our passion is helping people of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals, by building physical and mental fortitude from the inside out. Let's start with a barbell!

I opted for the Fitness and Nutrition Coaching Package as I wanted to get a head start on the “new year new me” mindset. C2C was involved from the very beginning and walked me through each and every step of the process. Their fitness and nutrition knowledge was impressive and even tailored to my eating habits. They were able to keep me on track with my workouts and created methods to keep me from falling off track. I would suggest this program to anyone who’s looking for a great well rounded approach to getting into shape, eating great, and change lifestyle habits instead of going on a “diet.” Thanks again, C2C!

I'd choose all five aspects if I could! This organization has, to this day, been one of the best services with whom I've invested. Fantastic coaching and training, responsive feedback and active reprogramming according to information I've provided. I've felt valued, supported, and appreciated, not as a client, but as an athlete. 10/10 would recommend.
