If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!
Robyn gave me and my fiancé private dance lessons in our home for our upcoming wedding. She taught us moves at our own pace and helped us set a foundation to continue learning partner dances together. It was a great touch that she recorded our steps before she left so that we can watch them again as we practice for our wedding! We would definitely recommend Robyn to others who want to learn ballroom dance!

I have been taking Expressofit Pilates with Mojy for a year It is a high energy total body Pilates workout that combines cardio with strength training. Mojy is an excellent instructor. Her knowledge of Pilates and concern for her clients' well being is exceptional. Plus, the workout is awesome! Another great aspect is Mojy's nutrtional and weight loss coaching. She carries an excellent line of products designed to assist her clients in meeting their ideal weight and nutritional goals. I find it very helpful to have this knowlege available so I can get the most from my workout. I highly recommend Mojy's Expressofit Pilates
