My wife and I moved 9 times between 2001 and 2011 so needless to say we have a lot of experience with landlords and property managers. We were tenants of Mr. Bradshaw for 2 years before we purchased our home in 2011.
We look for 3 things is a landlord or property manager:
1) Exceptional Customer Service
2) Respect of Privacy
3) Attention to Tenant Needs
Mr. Bradshaw is very personable, friendly, and attentive. He is very easy to work with and listens to what his tenants have to say.
We always felt that our privacy was a priority for Mr. Bradshaw. He always gave plenty of notice when he needed to enter our space and respected our personal lives when considering a visit.
There was never an issue that arose that Mr. Bradhsaw did not address in a timely fashion. We were always taken care of and any service issue that came up was handled by esteemed professionals.
We would recommend Boomtown, Inc. to anyone looking for a property manager and would gladly work with Mr. Bradshaw again in the future.

I have had John managing a townhouse in Montgomery county for 4 years now. the best compliment I can give him is that I rarely think about the property. I do get regular calls and updates, but never fear or wonder what is going on. John is on top of any maintenance issue and does a great job making the money used for maintenance stretch as far as it can go.

John has managed a couple rental properties we own for several years. I would highly recommend Boomtown as we have had nothing but a positive experience. All tenant issues have been handled with a high degree of professionalism, our properties were rented quickly and we've never had to worry about payment or maintenance issues with the properties.
