FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only standard nature of my pricing system is that the first conversation, and possibly further conversations, are free and without obligation. From there a variety of ways exist for us to form a business relationship. I would be happy to explain those options in person or over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange a time either over the phone, using a screen sharing service, or in person if you are within the area I work. There is no fee or obligation for this meeting. Basically I am applying for a job. I am applying during this meeting for the role of offering an outside perspective and support system for your goals and concerns.
