I originally hired a team independent contractors to fix my leaky roof, and was told that only half of the roof needed to be repaired, and that the job could not be done. This lead me to believe that this particular company was only about the money, and that they wouldn't do a "smaller" job. A friend reccomended Mr. Sondh to me and he immediately gave me a reasonable estimate without any BS and got right to work! His team was professional, honest, hard working, and cleanly! They made sure that my yard was clean and free of any debris from the job each day. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their work, and it has held up well over the past few months. 5 stars without a doubt!!!

My family got a bathroom remodel and I'm very satisfied with the experience. There was a small misunderstanding with the tile choice but the contractors were very patient and helpful in reorderering the other tiles. Highly recommend them.

My condo building needed some work. I had another company give me an estimate and was told I needed a new roof and I didn't. Then I found Sumit Constructions over the web, they came out and gave me an estimate on the front of the building. They were very professional and honest which is hard to come by these days. They fixed it up swiftly and the estimate was more than in my budget for fixing it. The finished product was beautiful and more than above standard. Addition to that there was no mess! Great company, fair prices and the owner, Mr. Sondh was on the job site all day with his crew. I would recommend this company to a very high degree!
