- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had daily migraines for years and doctors couldn't figure it out. I went to a chiropractor and within 3 months, I was cured completely (6 yrs free). It turns out I had trigger points in my shoulder. I decided to look further intro bodywork then.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check credentials, have a conversation with this person, and if you are heading to a spa, still do these. This person will be placing their hands on your person and well have a medical effect on your body. You wouldn't let just anyone work on your house, why your body?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are plenty of unlicensed workers posing as MTs. Please understand that they are in malls, on Groupon, living social, and even on here. If they can't talk to you in even SORT OF medical speak, they are most likely just some guy off the street (relaxing right?)
