Moving sucks. It’s definitely not my favorite activity, especially on short notice. My water heater exploded and I needed to move in a hurry. Reached out on Thumbtack and Dave (the owner) immediately got in touch with pricing and logistics. He was patient and understood the urgency. Fast forward to move day and his guys were punctual, professional, and logical. They were literal Tetris masters when packing and placing my (well-wrapped -they wrapped everything) items carefully in the trailer. I grabbed them some lunch (you don’t have to do this) because they saw I was a bit stressed and said “relax, we got you” and they did! This was by far the easiest of the 5 moves I’ve had in 7 years, thanks to Dave and his excellent team. Highly recommend.

Not only were the movers on time, but they finished earlier than expected. They were very strategic and unpacking and repacking everything. Would definitely recommend using. I know we will for our future moves. My only regret is not using them for my other moves in the past.

David and his team of movers were lifesavers!!! I’ve moved every year for the past five years and I was absolutely dreading having to move across state lines. Your Friends with a Truck seriously made the entire process so simple and easy! I boxed up everything I could but I had some small things leftover + my larger furniture. The movers let me use their wardrobe boxes (for free!!) to temporarily box things up. They also carefully wrapped all my larger furniture and even took the time to properly + safely package my large mirror and TV!! The entire move was done in one day, and it was the most stress-free experience I’ve had (and that’s saying something). If you want moving to be a dream and not a nightmare, hire them!!
