Introduction: Are you looking for additional support for your child during distance or virtual learning? These past several months have been a major adjustment for students, parents, and teachers. We do not yet know what to expect when students return in the Fall, but there are ways to alleviate the struggles and stressors that are coming up at this time.
About me:
I moved to Maryland almost four years ago and currently teach in a public middle school in Maryland. I started my teaching career with Teach For America in a public school in New York City, after transitioning from working with children as a therapist.
I have 10+ years of experience working primarily with middle school students and my primary areas of expertise are in Mathematics and Special Education but I have taught all subject areas. If you are interested in discussing this further, I would love to schedule a 15-minute call to talk about how we together can currently support your child and prepare them for moving forward into the Fall 2020-2021 school year.
