Working with Shahnaz on our property has been great from the start. She is a great communicator - always responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and providing information to us as it becomes available to her. She is thorough, open, and very flexible in meeting our scheduling needs. We appreciated her diligence in securing tenants we felt comfortable with. It's clear she understands the industry and is a seasoned agent. There were several instances when she'd go an extra step for us. As an example, we had some contract work done on the home. She took the time to review, comment, and provide great feedback on the results. It helped us get the leverage we needed to have the contractor return for corrective work. Working with Shahnaz has been a personable experience as well. She is enthusiastic and understands the value of consistent and helpful communications.

My wife and I hired Royalty Realty just 10 days before leaving the country, and this was our first time renting out, so we had a lot of trepidation. But Shahnaz took care of all the details and allowed us to focus on moving. And then what a relief, she found a tenant November 1, our property was listed less than one week. She pays attention to every detail, unfortunately more so than our home inspector in some areas, knows the county regulations, and negotiates hard on maintenance work, even handled some herself. Shahnaz was one of the bet choices I made for my parents. She was on point and very by the book when it came to making sure all of our paperwork as well as the renters paperwork were correct so that we can rent our home to the right client without a headache. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge a flat monthly fee, no over head charges. I provide full service management.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to achieve the goal of my Clients, I usually go over a few questions ( consult session) to understand exactly what my clients need and tailor services to fit their needs. Also schedule with Client a showing of property to learn a little more about the property and to establish pricing and etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a designated ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative specialist).
