- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always written creatively & started drawing in 4th grade math class. I studied art, journalism, public relations & marketing in college. Advertising & public relations was a natural business for someone with multiple talents.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Currently I produce monthly newspaper & magazine ads, interview and write corporate stories, social media posts, magazine and web cartoons, and I am writing and illustrating a series of children's books for a UK publisher.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I came up with a licensed design over a cup of coffee and the news at 9:30 AM, drew up the design and by noon had sold it to a major catalog company.
