Victor did a *better* job than I asked for. We had a damaged stair banister with two brackets holding it up, one completely broken. Victor insisted on installing a third bracket to make it more solid, without asking for a higher price for the project. He cared about doing the job right.

I used Thumbtack last year for a home project and had a horrendous experience with a shady contractor so I was hesitant to try it again, but I was in need of getting something done quickly and hoped it would be easy this time around with a different contractor and I honestly couldn’t be happier! It was a small job that I needed help with, but it was important to me that it get done and done correctly. Victor was quick to respond to my request and even came out the same day. He arrived when he said he would, he was polite, professional and his fees were more than equitable. Victor did an excellent job and is someone I would absolutely recommend to family and friends. I will definitely be using him again for future projects.
