- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually don't give discounts because I like the client to recognize and understand the financial investment in time and equipment it takes to play at the event. I am truly fair in terms of pricing and listen to each client's circumstance and budget before making a final decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I know that the client is interested in my services, I set up a face to face meeting to discuss the details of the event, the amount of people likely to attend, the type of music that the client would like to hear and length of time they would like me to play.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a love and an appreciation for music and love playing it. When I see a senior citizen tapping their feet to my music I know I am doing something right.
