John and his team were quick and professional. They stretched two areas of carpet and cleaned three levels including stairs in about 4.5 hours. The quality was impressive and we will be happy to use them for any future carpet needs.

Very good experience with Crown Carpet Care. Team arrived a few minutes before scheduled time. Both staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Carpet and floor looked great after cleaning -- they even got out some spots that previous cleaner was not able to remove.

Crown carpet care did an amazing job on my kitchen floor and my family room carpet. They steam-cleaned 10 years of dirty grout on my kitchen tiles and my floor sparkled like brand new. I really did not even recognize it. Then they steam-cleaned my large family room off-white carpet which had mud and bike grease and tracks of dirt on it and it came out bright as if it were brand new. The staff was professional, quick, and a good value. I highly recommend.

My family and I had our carpet cleaned by Crown the first week of January. The entire process was smooth and straight forward. The owner was very polite and accommodating when I called to reschedule. Two gentlemen arrived on time. Even a little early! They got right to work and were able to get two nasty doggie stains out. Carpets seemed really wet when they left but dried very well overnight. I had 2 large area rugs cleaned and 2 bedrooms with wall to wall carpet . Reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them again.
