I would never use Wilfredo again. My first experience with him was fine. He did some work in our backyard and it was a earache. He was supposed to put a roof to prevent a leak but the leak didn’t really ever stop and he didn’t show up to fix it. My second experience with him was terrible. After my usual handyman was out, I decided to ask Wilfredo to visit our rented unit to look at a broken sink disposal. He charged tenants $150 to look at the disposal after telling me the visit would be $40. $150 is more than the cost of a new disposal. My tenants didn’t know so they paid him. Later, he quoted my $500 to replace the disposal! The usual cost for this is $150-175. I would warn anyone against trusting and working with Wilfredo.
