I was referred to Mullins and Sons Home Solutions by the Home Advisor referral service. Mr Justin Mullins came out to look at the concrete and masonry work that we needed done, took measurements and had a detailed written estimate ready for me in a few days. I was impressed by the extensive examples of their work and the list of local satisfied clients that they listed. Once I accepted their proposal it took about a month for the actual work to begin. The work they did was very well done and was completed on time according to the terms of the contract with clean up and removal of debris handled very efficiently. I intend to hire them again very soon for another project. Their receptionist was very helpful and helped the process along whenever I had questions or concerns. It feels like working with family.

I was looking for a family owned, small contracting company. It was important to me to know that the contractor would be on the construction site every day and be personally involved in my project. Mullins and Sons is owned and operated by a father and son, Joseph and Justin Mullins. I was in need of a contractor to demolish my brick front porch and walkway, to reconstruct a new one, and to replace my front door. I had a vision for how I wanted the completed project to look; however, I did not have the expertise or experience to fully communicate my vision. Justin is an impressive young man who is bright, personable, and dedicated to his chosen profession. Immediately after meeting him, I felt assured that he was the right person to coordinate this project. Justin assisted me in the design of the project and advised me as to the best options for the construction of the porch, rails, walkway, and door replacement. We selected materials, made drawings, and continued to fine tune the design until my vision was realized. When construction began, the work was completed by a brick mason,his assistant, a carpenter, and a painter. Justin was at the site on a daily basis to observe, supervise, and participate in the construction project as needed. He was very open to suggestions and responsive to concerns as the demolition and reconstruction commenced. I am very pleased with my beautiful brick and masonry porch and walkway, the new front door, and the gorgeous, customized, chippendale railings that adorn the porch. The pricing for the project was very reasonable and the company offers a 20 year guarantee for labor on any maintenance that is required. All of the craftsmen who were involved in the project were efficient, professional, and personable, I have recommended Mullins and Sons to all of my neighbors who have complimented me on the appearance of the front entrance to my home and I will continue do so. It is not often, in today's world, that one encounters a company that is so invested in achieving excellence, maintaining a personal touch, and insuring customer satisfaction.
