- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is fair and based on state requirements. I set my prices also according to the assignment and all that is involved, including travel, expertise, and other factors. At times I do offer discounts to customers or run specials, but it is up to the customer to ask if we have any specials when the appointment is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to understand the customer and their needs to ensure we can meet or exceed their needs and if not refer them to someone else and inform the customer why we are unable to service them. If the customer is interested, I like to start the initial relationship building and getting to know the customer a bit and opening up and telling the customer about The Ultimate Notary and our company background.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My background and career has been in technology, project management, and higher education. Prior to starting this notary business, I completed general notary training and loan signing agent training. I am currently studying for the Title Insurance Producer's Exam, which is required in the State of Maryland for me to become a Loan Signing Agent. I also plan to bwcome a Wedding Officiant before the end of 2020.
