What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an agent, I am required to take at least 15 hours of continuing education every other year. I also take classes that I feel will make me a better agent.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Honestly, I took the class as therapy when my Mom died in 1984.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I handle minor credits issues that might prevent them from qualifying. Of, I write the offer for their new home, set up the inspection, follow up on repairs, negotiate closing help, set up the settlement and more.
