Elin and Kris are great. I started about only 2 months ago and the results I have seen have the best I have ever had ever. I have been through countless trainers and group classes and the amount of attention they give and the way they are able to gradually work your entire body out without sacrificing quality is the best I have ever seen. It is an experience you have to go through with patience to believe. Very hard to explain as the results are unreal. Very unique methodology. To date, they have exceeded my expectations, and look forward to more sessions as they have sold me not only on their methods, but more importantly on the lifestyle. Lastly I will say, Elin is impeccable in terms of following up. He really cares about his clients. Kris is the best trainer I have ever had as he genuinely cares about you and shows up with a smile day in and day out. He was so great, I referred him to my future sister in law before her big day! I can't speak highly enough about these guys. They are the real deal!
I signed up with Agnese and is delighted to be working with her. She's just what I needed to get back into the habit of moving--an important goal for this senior. She's a coach, not a drill Sargent. Agnese met me where I was and listened to my what I thought my needs were. It's still early days, but I feel that I can see progress and know that I would see even more progress if I worked harder. She's encouraging and gently pushes me to do more than I always think I can. I am happy to recommend Agnese as a top-rate personal trainer for all levels of fitness.
Lynn is an awesome life coach. She asks great questions to get me talking and realizing things about myself I didn't notice. She has made a significant difference in my life. I think and execute decisions in my life based on her help. She is a natural at life coaching. She is always available whenever I need her. She responds within minutes to texts and makes time to see me whenever I need her. She is awesome and I would highly recommend her if you need help to make your life more enjoyable, less stressful and happy!
Gaurav is very knowledgeable about Yoga and excellent in teaching how to practice a healthy lifestyle. I really liked his teaching style, and the fact that he gave personal lessons in the comfort of my own home. During my sessions with him, he taught me how to do the yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayamas). He taught the exercises according to my comfort level until I could get the technique right. I also had a Nutrional Counseling session with Gaurav. He created a meal plan for me and made suggestions on healthy foods that I could eat on a daily basis, as well as when I ate outside. He is motivating and encouraging. Gaurav is very professional and was always happy to answer my questions in person and over email. I highly recommend his services.
I haven't begun working with Kelly yet, but I did speak with her for a little while on the phone. My impression is that she is not only legitimate, but also very professional, sincere, client-centered. I'm looking forward to working with her to overcome some personal challenges, build a successful coaching business, and broaden the horizons of my spirituality.
Gary is awesome! He has done a great job introducing this inexperienced and slightly intimidated gym newbie to personal training and has really motivated me to make a lot of healthy changes to my lifestyle, both in how I work out at the gym and what I do and how I eat outside of the gym. He's patient, knowledgeable, and punctual, and does a great job of not just showing you what to do, but also explaining why that's how it's done. All-in-all, a great trainer!
Working with Corey has been the best investment in myself I have made!! Not only is Corey is professional and easy to work with but she is knowledgeable and very compassionate. I am in the middle of her 6month health coaching program currently and plan to do her online fitness/workout program when she releases it. Her approach is very balanced to both diet and exercise!! Having Soupar as a trainer has been absolutely amazing. He is patient when you are learning a certain technique; he's a mixture between challenging, encouraging, and motivating when he knows you can push yourself further; has extensive knowledge in nutrition and kinesiology; and is very professional. My experience with TakeFlight Fitness was a success! I was skeptical at first about the goals I wanted to achieve and if they would happen within the 7 sessions that I scheduled. But to my surprise, the sessions with Paul helped me to learn about dieting, staying consistent and keeping positivity that you can always achieve any goal you desire. I didn't think I'd be able to gain any muscle mass and weight but I did and I managed to meet my weight goal of 140. Since then, I've been very consistent in maintaining my diet and sticking to my workout routines at home and in the gym. Everyone in my surroundings have also noticed the improvement in my body structure which lets me know that my experience with TakeFlight is recognized. My biggest take away from training with TakeFlight Fitness is that you have to understand it's not an easy job for fitness and there's a lot of scientific background to know how the body works. However, if you seriously want to change your lifestyle for the better, you'll do whatever is possible to reach that goal.
