The person was polite. They didn’t speak a lot of English, so communication was a little challenging. Very respectful of my home. They said the results would be available on a Monday, and I had to call a day or two after that Monday for the results to be sent to me. Seems expensive for what I got done (asbestos testing of a piece of my floor), and they don’t do radon testing which seemed odd.

Discovering asbestos in your house is scary! E&G did a great job in explaining the entire abatement process in an easy to understand means and how their thorough cleaning process will work. The team was very detailed in setting up the quarantine area and the space was left immaculate afterwards. All affected areas were removed in totality and air quality tests came back clean from attempt #1. I would recommend E&G for your asbestos abatement needs.

Gabriel and his team were amazing! When my previous contractor fell through and we had water issues in the affected asbestos tile area, Gabriel told us what to do to safely clean the area and even brought in his own dehumidifier to dry the area over the weekend before we even signed a contract. His team was then quick, responsive, and professional in removing the asbestos tile, completing an air quality test, and painting the floor the next week. The resulting quality of work was truly excellent, a complete makeover (see attached pic). The team was able to easily work around our HVAC and water heater too. We 100% recommend Gabriel and his team for any asbestos removal job; they were worth every penny.

I am so glad we hired Gabriel and his team to demo our basement. Unexpectedly they found asbestos under some old tile so they were able to quickly refocus and do remediation on that. They took every precaution to safely remove it from the house. I considered other contractors (non-environmental-focused) to demo but I am so glad we had the E&G professionals to do the demo especially after we found the asbestos. The team were courteous, professional and responsive. The pricing was competitive and very reasonable. We would definitely hire them again!
