After reading the reviews, two from individuals I know, I thought this company would be a perfect fit to do house cleaning for a family member. However, my experience with this company has not been pleasant. I called on a Monday morning to request information about a gift certificate. When I still had not received a call back by Tuesday morning, I contacted the business again. A lady named Barbara answered the phone and was not very friendly or very pleasant. I asked my questions and received an answer that still doesn't make sense. I don't understand why you can not get a gift certificate without having any estimate done first. I decided later that day (Tuesday) that I would go ahead and schedule an appointment to have an estimate done so that I could get the gift certificate in time for Christmas. However, it is now Thursday afternoon and have not received a call back to schedule my estimate appointment. It appears that the company is too busy to follow-up with new customers so we will gladly take our business elsewhere and certainly not recommend this company to any friends or family

Wendy always starts with a consultation to review your needs. She makes recommendations, and determines the price range based on the amount of cleaning that needs to be done,keeping your budget in mind. Wendy is professional and both kid and animal friendly. She is prompt and professional, supplies all of her cleaning products and you can count on her to always show up. Wendy is also very flexible. If I needed to change a cleaning day at the last minute, she was quick to offer to reschedule me, even if it meant her giving up a Saturday! I would (and do) highly recommend Wendy for any type of cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a home by home basis. You as a human are unique and so is your home! We offer free in home estimates and encourage to get at least 3 so that you have a good comparison.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking to supplement my income when my oldest child (now 23) was in Kindergarten. I loved being able to go out, work hard, bring home a good pay, AND be home for my son without a daycare provider.
