Staff are very friendly and seem very knowledgeable. They couldn't fix my broken screen on my HTC U11. I did have to pay up front, but then they refunded my money when they couldn't fix it.I am highly offended by the response I received from this owner. I initially left the above review with a 3-star which I thought was being grateful after them not being able to fix my phone. But then I receive the message asking me to delete my post because it effects their rating and the phone repair service is a separate business. I contacted MyTech via fb as you can see from my picture, they did not reply that it was a separate business and proceeded to answer my questions involving my phone repair. This company is obviously dishonest in their practices and are just worried about how many star reviews they get and not the information contained in those reviews. If the cell phone business is completely separate and not at all affiliated then they should have their own sign, own facebook page, etc. I have written many reviews for many businesses and I have never came across one like this.

This Is My Tech... We Only Fix Computers.... The Cell Phone Repair Is A Separate Legal Business Not Owned By My Tech.... If Ya Could, Please Delete This From Our Page... It Effects Our Rating..... **** Tech & Co Does Have Their Own Sign, They Do Have Their Own Facebook And Well As Tax ID, Business License And Insurance...And FYI My Tech Is Hosting Their Business And Helping Them Grow Without Profiting Or Charging Rent... I inquired about a replacing a cracked back on an iPhone 8Plus and was told it would be $189 for a back housing replacement.I was then told to bring the phone in to confirm no other parts are needed. I made arrangements for my S/O to take my phone there. Once there he stated it would be $300 for a back with the Apple Logo. When I received this news and asked why he didnt tell me that before wasting my time and making arrangements, he placed the blame on me stating I should have been specific. Mind you, an IPhone back comes STANDARD with an Apple Logo. Why would I have needed to specify that? I DO NOT recommend this business because of the misleading information they provided in order to get me to the store. Side Note: I advised them my phone shattered and my car was wrecked on the same day and he assured me they would take care of the phone issue. Using a moment of weakness in order for their come up was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Tech And Co Is Actually My Brother’s Business Which I Am Trying To Help Him Build. So Not Only Is This Review Dishonest But It’s Also Attacking A Business That’s Trying To Help Build Our Community. I have never taken my laptop to anyone but my cousin so I was very weary of coming here. Let me start by saying Chris is totally a man of his word. He called me within two hours to rell me what was wrong with my laptop. Gave me a great price and had it fixed the same day!! He explained everything to me step by step and even reviewed it again when i was picked it up. He is such an honest guy too. He could have made more money by recommending i replace something that i had been told needed replaced and Chris went over the pros and cons of the replacement with me and said i really did not have to do that to improve performance!! I am very impressed and will be going to Chris from now on, though I hope to not have any issues anytime soon!!!
