He is an excellent masseuse who has a strong but gentle healing touch, his concern is always to relieve whatever is ailing me at the moment. As a personal trainer and yoga teacher, Dante was able to provide me with movement that best tailored my goals and needs for my body. He is encouraging and not only deals with the physical body but takes into account the emotional and mental planes to help you achieve complete wellness. "I went to him to help my Jiu-Jitsu game and what I got was a whole lot more. He knows the science behind diet and exercise so well he was able to put me on an incredible diet and exercise regime which increased my strength, drop my weight from 186 lbs. down to 161 lbs. and as a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu his instruction took me to two first place finishes in tournaments. I recommend Chris as the only professional athlete, nutrition specialist and expert trainer with a B.S. degree in Sports & Exercise Science from a major university in the Frederick, Maryland area. The opportunity to be trained by a champion and athlete like Chris is rare in Frederick, MD so I would highly recommend him for personal fitness training, diet overhauls, and private instruction in his professional disciplines of wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu."

"Meet Lisa 3 years ago, she was teaching different types of workout classes, I had not worked out in years, she made me feel welcome as she does with everyone. She is a great motivator and is always there to help reach any goal you have! I am a 54 year old women who with her help and determination reached goals I never thought I could. She helped me complete my first 5K and just this past October I had the pleasure of running my first half marathon with her and four other women she also trained. We all completed the marathon, of course with different times but we could have never done it without her perseverance and determination to see us succeed. I am so very thankful to have Lisa Paulse not only as my fitness trainer, but I can also call her my friend."

"Kevin is an overall great trainer that listened to my goals and creates custom programs for me, that has allowed me to reach my goals with respect to weight and physical fitness.
