Working with Lidia Dennis (Maintenance Division Manager) and Carlos (Chief Inspector) has been phenomenal. Lidia Dennis diligently kept you posted on updates on the status of repairs and correspondence. She's very pleasant to work with. Carlos is truly a professional gentleman.
