What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most Lead Inspectors I give a flat rate price, this way there is no surprise of unexpected costs /or/ hidden fees once I am at your door step or the inspection is completed. Price includes: The Visual Inspection (Exterior & Interior) 10 Dust samples & the Lab fees Certificate & Paper work. (Paper work includes tenant pamphlets which the state of MD law requires you to give to your tenants (most inspectors do not offer this!) Also provided - MDE Typed Registration Forms.) 3 day turn around for lab results (3 - business days)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Yearly I take continuing educational classes in building inspections as well as lead paint. This way I stay informed and knowledgable on new information as well as state and local county laws.
