Yoga with Gaurav is very enjoyable because it teaches ways to relax through breathing and stretching. I find that I am using his methods at work and on the golf course when I need to relax.

Kristen was charged with the task of leading a yoga class for a college basketball team. This was mandatory and most of the players had never done or had any interest in doing yoga. Kristen successfully engaged the group on a weekly basis for 4 months and made the team enjoy their sessions. She was able to work on sport specific movements and overall flexibility. Kristen also took a genuine interest in the group and became a member of our family.

I offer traditional hatha yoga. The practice is quite different than how modern, western yoga style are practiced. Each asana and its philosophy should be logically coordinated. As I learn yoga, I know only two: Patanjali's Asthanga yoga and hatha yoga, but it is quite different than other patented yogas.
