Introduction: NSR Associate is an accounting services firm which targets small and medium-sized businesses for all outsourced financial accounting needs. Our services include interim CFO services, all levels of accounting/bookkeeping services, tax services, audit preparation services, and general consultation. We offer experienced professionals with over 25 years of professional accounting experience in all corporate sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, consumer, and all service-related industries. Nikki Robinson established NSR Associates back in 1997, and she has been a successful entrepreneur for many years with clients in several types of industries. Nikki Robinson has a bachelor degree in accounting, a master's in business management as well as over 25 solid years of accounting experience at all financial levels with a solid work history. She has worked with several different companies, to include publicly traded, privately owned, and several partnerships. She has experience in all areas of accounting, to include general ledger reconciliation, financial statement preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, commission reporting, auditing, year-end reporting, 1099 reporting, W-2 reporting, federal and state tax preparation, bank reconciliations, and I have expert levels of experience on QuickBooks, Great Plains, and Microsoft Excel. The services provided include tax preparation services, advanced bookkeeping services, financial statement preparation, monthly/quarterly/yearly closings, general ledger reconciliation, Excel reporting, monthly reporting to include job costing, commissions and sales reports, payroll reporting, sales tax preparation, accounting software setup and management, financial statement presentation to management/board of directors, audit preparation, and general accounting consultation for a low monthly fee dependent on your company needs. All services can be provided on or off site, depending on company need. We are not a staffing company, so there are no placement fees. Your costs are straight monthly costs dependent on the level of service needed.
