- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Establish what the customer actually needs and compare that to the original request. Usually that means a reduction in cost and a bigger smile !
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Was a member of the Ham Radio Club in Junior High School. Later my High School Electronics teacher created a curriculum around electrical and electronic engineering that allowed me to remain in that department 80% of each day.
