- What types of customers have you worked with?House cleaning and apartment turnover cleaning for new construction in the D.C. metropolitan area. We are often asked to do a thorough "spring cleaning" by our residential clients and we clean "everything." From there, we can do our usual thorough cleaning until the next "spring cleaning."
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?For an apartment building in Bethesda, I was asked to clean 13 large ground-floor windows. They had not been cleaned in years and were grimy. I used a power washer first, then scrubbed and used a squeegee. Then I sprayed window cleaner and wiped them down. The last step was window cleaner with newspaper as the applicator. The windows shined and the customer beamed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ask for references from the provider and check them out. If they are from repeat customers and the reviews are great, hire the provider.
