I worked with Julian to get 2 HVAC systems and a water heater replaced so a pretty big job in terms of cost and time. Julian was the first person I spoke with when I was looking for estimates and I hired him because quite frankly, I liked him. He was easy to engage, responsive and willing to negotiate. Once we agreed on a price, there was no waiting and within 2 days there was a crane in the alley lifting the units onto the roof and 2 crews working to install the equipment. The work was completed in 2 days and, aside from a small clean up issue with one of the crews (the other crew was meticulous), I could not have been happier with my interactions. The heat works, the AC works and my water is hot and I would most definitely hire Nero again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on knowing the prices of the large companies and exactly how to save my customers time and money. I usually charge $59 for a diagnostic fee that is then credited towards the repair should you choose to go ahead with it. Since repairs vary in difficulty, time and solution it is hard to give a standard price for repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a diagnostic fee and let all customers know I will diagnose and quote repair before completing repair should they choose to proceed.
