Moved into a new home and the previous occupants were not the best at keeping up with cleaning. Every floor in the house had some awful residue that just would not clean up even after 3 separate attempts. Jose and his team came out to help and they did an absolutely amazing job. They stripped and resurfaced my laminate flooring and the floors look (and *feel*) brand new. And even better they threw in a free cleaning of the basement carpeting with their special at the time. Unfortunately there was a situation in which a dresser in the bedroom was badly damaged and the bed was bumped into the window sill a bit too hard and popped the light cover off as they were moving both around to get access to the laminate beneath. Jose and his guy did attempt to fix the dresser while they were here but fixing furniture isn't what they're good at. He did discount the fee for the job, but I ended up having to get a handyman to come out and fix the dresser properly. The drawers still don't quite slide in and out like they used to, but it's serviceable. To sum up? Jose is the guy for your floors, absolutely. The work he does in that area is top quality and I can't recommend that side enough. Just don't leave his team unsupervised when moving your furniture (or move it yourself beforehand). (And a side-note to you, Jose, look into getting your team bonded/insured so you don't have to pay out of pocket again if an unfortunate mistake like this happens again and I do hope your business continues to go well for you)
