Joe did the home inspection for a house I was purchasing in MD. He went above and beyond, checking all parts of the interior, electrical, and exterior domains of the home. He arrived an hour or more ahead of schedule so he could do a thorough walk thru of the house and assess key areas such as the roof, electrical, plumbing, and other parts that would take longer to check. This saved me a lot of time. When I arrived he walked me through the house and took me through the different parts of the inspection making sure I understood what we were looking at, why its important, what his recommendations were, etc. Joe took pictures of everything and provided a VERY thorough report back to me within 24 hours. That's probably what I liked best about his service. Lastly, I'll just say that Joe is very personable and professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

I am a Realtor who has referred Joe to customers since 2012. He makes every client feel welcomed with his personality, knowledge, skills and abilities. He is hands on and what I like most is that he is prompt to answer his call and will promptly follow up. You get no answering machines or long wait time on hold. My wife and are buying a short sale property and were totally afraid of the possible issues. Joe took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the house on a level that we could understand. Yes, I attend monthly meetings, conferences throughout the year. We are required to have a minimum of 18 CEUs each year to maintain our license.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My license and various certifications. Professional, thorough, accurate and objective visual inspection of the property with prompt, same day completed report.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I take great pride in educating myself in old and new products in a property and approach each home as if I were going to purchase it myself!
