I found coordinating a service appointment was very easy via phone and email. The technician, Jeff, did a fantastic job. He showed me what he was looking for, he de-webbed everything to see if there were any issues I hadn't identified. He treated the areas I needed, and a few extra areas to be sure of the results. I was moving boxes in the basement later that day and pleasantly surprised to NOT find any live insects. This will be my pest treatment company in the future.
