Tona is an excellent voice teacher -- my son's range has expanded an octave in just 5 lessons and he is singing with much more confidence. The price is reasonable.
I have been taking voice lessons from Barbara for over a year now. She has helped me improve my control, help my transition points and taught me how to sing at almost any volume level without pain and in several different styles. While I am not a professional singer, I think she can help almost anyone improve the quality of their voice for long term use. The lessons are also thoroughly enjoyable and I plan on continuing my music education with Bodhran lessons. I highly recommend Barbara as a teacher!
We Love Miss Tina. My 6 year old son takes acting lessons and its going really well. Miss Tina is so creative and keeps his interest and he always leaves with a smile feeling like he accomplished his goals. As a parent I find Miss Tina very easy to work with, she listens to my concerns and always takes them in to account. Very easy to work with on scheduling and payments. We look forward to more lessons.
Juliett is a very encouraging and very patience teacher. I am new to singing, yet she knows how to explain basic concepts well for me to understand. With Juliett's help, I see myself making progress in singing. Juliett is a very experienced teacher in singing and I truly enjoy my singing lessons with Juliett!
I am so glad I found 4Singers Voice Lessons with Tracy Hamlin. I was in need of some vocal coaching for an audition, with limited time to prepare. Tracy managed to help me work through both songs with ease. She helped me feel completely prepared and more confident than when I first started lessons with her. She is a Godsend and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn or improve their vocal skills.
Ms. Lamm is an outstanding teacher. My daughter has been taking voice lessons since she was 13 (she's now 17) and loves it. She's learn so much with Ms. Lamm and is really shinning! I highly recommend her.
Yulia, is an amazing teacher and voice coach. She can quickly identify and pin point the issues while singing and does not allow me to drift to form bad habits. She is methodical and commands a great technique which she shares with me. She tries different approaches to fix how I am singing and make me improve. Her passion, enthusiasm and energy makes me enjoy and get more excited about singing. Highly recommend, Thanks Yulia :)
Singing lessons. Just starting out but Caitlin has been wonderful. Very patient and encouraging.
I took voice lessons from Diane and specifically wanted to specialize in jazz. I learned techniques from her that no one had ever taught me that have helped me be a better vocalist with more projection and power. Diane is amazing at what age does and she knows what she's doing! I'm grateful for my time with her when she and I were in Los Angeles!
Maddie is without a doubt the best vocal teacher you will come across. After only a few months of lessons, I was singing like a new person. I feel confident that I have gotten top notch training and have the confidence I need to be successful in the musical theatre industry. I came in with some vocal issues (straining, fatigue and bad habits) and Maddie gave me tricks to make sure I was singing healthily and in a way that I could sustain. Not the mention she is the sweetest, kindest person you'll meet. I am forever greatful for Maddie and the tools she has given me. If you are looking for a vocal teacher, you can't find someone better than Maddie.
I met and worked with Orla for about a year in Boston. She was a wonderful voice teacher! Over the course of the year I felt my technique improve and my confidence as a vocalist grow! It is clear she loves working with her students and is highly knowledgeable. Anyone would be lucky to work with this lovely, warm, encouraging educator.
Annie is a wonderful, kind and encouraging voice teacher. She has worked with my daughter to train and develop her voice, and encourages her to not push/strain. She is professional and (as my daughter says) "knows her stuff".
Ann was very friendly and supportive of my desire to seek one-on-one teaching for my acting. I can't wait to get started!
Carol is a wonderful voice teacher full of encouragement and wisdom. She has worked with me on specific goals and has implemented her knowledge and experience to help me attain my goals. Carol is extremely personable and a joy to work with. I know she has helped many succeed in whatever facet they needed and I highly recommend her to other people seeking voice lessons!
Michelle is providing voice lessons for my daughter and it has been a really positive experience. In just a little over a month my daughter already feels like she has learned a great deal and is more confident in her abilities.
Vocal coach was very punctual and responsive to my emails. The quality that I received was exceptional and because the value of cost I will return again.
Marc was friendly and I very much enjoyed my voice lesson.
I studied voice with Dorothy Miller for over four years, and I loved every lesson I had with her! I began taking voice lessons in eighth grade because I loved musical theater, but I could not sing. I was absolutely tone-deaf and I couldn't even read music. When I first began with Dorothy, she gave me nothing but continuous encouragement and support, teaching me the most basic techniques necessary for singing. As I progressed through the years, I not only overcame my tone-deafness but actually became a good singer. She helped me to expand my range by over an octave, adding notes to the top and bottom of my range. I now have a range of nearly three octaves when I began barely able to sing an octave scale. In addition to voice, Dorothy also helped me prepare for various auditions as well as taught me to read music and some basic music theory. She also has experience with acting, especially with musical theater, so some of my lessons were dedicated specifically to enhancing my acting skills, both with and without music. Over the years, I began to develop a friendship with Dorothy because she really takes time to get to know her students on a personal level and always loves to sit and chat before and after her lessons. She always made me laugh and was very kind. I never left a voice lesson without a smile on my face, and I always looked forward to returning the following week. I loved studying under Dorothy so much that I recommended her to four of my best friends, who also took lessons with her for multiple years. I now am in my second year of college and no longer am able to take lessons with Dorothy anymore. However, I still make it a point to catch up with her whenever I have a break to talk about how my semester has been, and it is like I never left. I would give Dorothy Miller Vocal Studio 10/5 stars if I could because she is absolutely phenomenal, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. I am very lucky to have been her student, and I wouldn't be where I am today without her.
Max Kuzmyak is a very knowledgeable musician with a large skill set that is useful in the music industry. He can teach trumpet, guitar, voice, and has extensive theory knowledge as well. He is also well versed in recording and audio engineering. Max is very friendly, easy to work with, and professional. I would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a private teacher, or a recorder.
Justin Winters is a very gifted and talented artist. I had the pleasure of recently working with him when he directed a show at Regent University. His foresight, attention to detail, and ability to bring out the fullest potential of each of the actors clearly demonstrated his talents as a director. He has my highest recommendation!
