I was really pleased with the overall experience with Baiza on my screened porch repair. From the owner to all of the workers on the job, everyone was extremely courteous and treated my home respectfully. The job site was keep clean every day; and when complete, you couldn't even tell that some minor construction took place. There weren't any issues for working around all the inclement weather or my changing work schedule. I wanted to be on-site as much as possible to give input; and they were happy to receive it. I would definitely have Baiza do the work on my next project.Jun 7, 2018Verified
Great work. They rebuilt our deck stairs and changed some light fixtures. The work was good, they were very professional and helpful, and showed up on time. Will hire again.Sep 5, 2017Verified
Wonderful company. Mr. Marvin does not cut corners and he will not let you cut corners !! I have brought several people through the house since it was done and they all love his work. I highly recommend and I will be referring him to members at The Baltimore REIA club that I belong too. I will definitely use him for future rehabs.Aug 7, 2017Verified
Drywall was installed for my ceiling in the basement, Baiza co. also remodeled my Deck. Baiza construction did a awesome/outstanding job on those home improvement projects of mine. I would definitely recommend Baiza co as someone who you can depend on to give you a quality service and affordable prices.Mar 6, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is completely different as it can be easy or very challenging depending the type of home. Every time I quote on a request is bases on past job experiences sometime on a same type of job it could be less or more not until a free in person estimate is provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Provide a free I home consultation to learn about the project ideas and prospect to move on. Sometimes a customer can have a general idea of what they want, but sometimes depending of the structure or age of the home is impossible to make it possible unless hiring the proper structural engineer and architect to learn and explore in deeper details on how the project can take place easy and safely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?2 years in construction management and career diploma of Home Remodeling and repair plus all the experience gain throughout the years with hands every project commercial and residential.
