I am a thumbtack pro so I know how important it is to make sure that the people you are looking to hire have the proper information. Especially with computers, no 2 are the same. I was out of town, and hadn't touched my computer in 2 weeks, came back, the computer indicated I needed to have an update, and when I hit update, everything went wrong. The desktop computer basically wouldn't turn the operating system on. Its only 1 year old. I tried everything I new, including trying to restore it to a point before the problem existed. I made a determination that I needed someone who had far more experience. This happened on a Friday night. I put it out on thumbtack got 2 responses in minutes and I decided on Tony. He did a great job ! He came out on a Saturday morning , he tried a couple of things, then had to open up the desktop and find the data, which he did and then transfer it to a separate drive. He then had to do a total reinstall of Windows. All in all he was there about 6 hours and most important, honored what he quoted me. No one knew the job would take this long. Please note Tony is as good as the information you give him. I had all my passwords for Office 365, QuickBooks and even a government certificate IDEN. So in summary, Tony is a pro's pro, very patient a true professional. My business quickbooks is intact, as well as office 365, Mozy for backing up to the cloud. Look no further, hire Tony

60.00 for any pc repair if no data is needed to be backedup, before reinstall windows if necessary 100.00 for any pc repair (which include anything from 1 meg to 2 gig of data to be backed up before reinstall windows if necessary) 120.00 for any pc repair (which include anything over 2 gig of data to be backed up before reinstall windows if necessary)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call and introduce myself (Antonio Green), try to gather as much information from customer before arriving onsite. such as what exactly is the issue with machine, what version of windows do they have. Do the customer needs files backed up just in case windows need to be installed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Comptia A+ cerfified and MOS (Microsoft Office specialist) certified with 25 years experience in PC repair
