Introduction: I go above and beyond to make my clients happy. I never advertise because all of my clients refer me to their friends and family and keep me busy. Nathan was a pleasure to work with. My family had a tough job and I thought it would be impossible to get done. Nathan told me not to worry, he would handle it. Sure enough he was a man of his word. Not only did he get the job done right the 1st time, but did it faster than I thought. You need something done right....don't wash your time going anywhere else!!

Mr. Gilroy is prompt, professional & knowledgeable on everything from run of the mill IT (network & software installation, etc) to IT provider troubleshooting asstistance (Comcast, Verizon, etc) to electrical issues. You may pay a little more but when things are done right the first time it's well worth it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the clients info and make a new customer file. I give the client my very best work as I do with all of my clients. I keep in contact with them and I give a warranty with all of my work or repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Trade for over 16 years. I have had many great teachers and bosses who have taught me every aspect of the trade. And I am constantly learning new things as technology changes everyday. And new regulations are being written everyday.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved fixing things and building things. As a young kid I was always taking things apart to learn how they worked. It just comes naturally to me. If you do something that you live it will never be a job.
