- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is comparable to all the rest of the talented photographers in the area and my specialty. Any particular pricing questions can be requested by email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out to me and a session is scheduled I always send them a questionnaire that helps me find out exactly what they're looking for and gives them the opportunity to share any special photo requests, prop or pose requests. I try to make them feel as comfortable as possible. It's not easy to be photographed by a complete stranger so I try to get them as relaxed and comfortable with the session as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In college I majored in mass communications with emphasis on the film and production side which is in the same vein as photography. I stay current on photography and photoshop updates through online training and reading materials. It is an ever changing highly competitve world and in order to stay relevant you must always be practicing and honing your skills.
